I am a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists in Ontario. Born and raised in Prince Edward Island, I moved to the Ottawa Valley so my significant other could pursue his career in the Military.

I focus on general deep tissue massage but  I accommodate to suit your needs! I am certified in Sports massage and had the opportunity to work with the University of New Brunswick Mens hockey team. While obtaining over 100 hours working with Athletes. This includes, taping, positional myofascial release and much more. I also carry a certificate in Craniosacral Therapy.

When I'm not in the office, you will catch me loving my pug, Ralph or trying be active! I am so happy to be within the Ottawa Valley to help those in need with my massage expertise!
