CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect both parties, a 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect.

Late Cancellation: If less than 24 hours is given and I am unable to fill the appointment, 100% of the total appointment fee is charged and MUST be paid before we can reschedule a new session.

No-Show Fee: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged and must be paid before rescheduling if you do not show up to the scheduled appointment with no notice. 

Late for Appointment: 100% of scheduled appointment time will be charged & appointment will end at scheduled time.

Cancellation fees are due within 2 business days of the original appointment time.

All information provided is kept confidential unless allowed or required by law. Your written permission will be required to release any information.

 

PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment for the service provided is due in full at the time the service is rendered. Please note that prices are subject to change. Payment methods are EMT, credit and cash.
